Delete your MARA account

You can request deletion of your MARA account and the data associated with it. No login is needed to read this page.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to MARA and open your Profile.
  2. Find Account deletion.
  3. Select Request account deletion and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you cannot sign in, email support@marasynq.com from the email address associated with your MARA account, if possible. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Do not send your password or payment details.

What is deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, MARA-held account and profile information, conversations, saved memory, uploads, and other data associated with your account will be deleted.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. An account-deletion request does not automatically guarantee deletion of data held independently by third-party processors.
